Two young suspects were arrested for allegedly operating a drug delivery service that targeted students throughout Ventura County. One suspect was identified as Edgar Nabte, 18, of Camarillo. The other was only identified as a male juvenile due to his minor status, according to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office. During April and May, detectives began investigating a drug delivery service that primarily sold narcotics to kids throughout the county.

A Los Angeles County hospital needs help identifying two patients who were found injured. Both were found in Los Angeles County and were taken to the St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood. The first patient is a woman around 68 years old. She was found at a bus stop at Pacific Avenue and Slauson Boulevard in Huntington Park. Hospital staff said she appears to be Hispanic and stands 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 200 pounds, has green eyes and auburn-brown dyed hair.

Loved ones are searching for a Southern California teen who has been missing for a week. Alai-Ja Mae Henderson, 17, was last seen on May 28, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Her last known location was on the 39000 block of Clock Tower Plaza Drive in Palmdale around 4 p.m.Henderson, who is an L.A. County resident, is described as a Black female standing 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 145 pounds. She has brown eyes and blond hair in a ponytail.

Authorities are searching for a suspect who carjacked a Los Angeles County sheriff’s truck in downtown L.A. Wednesday. LASD workers were conducting official duties near Spring and Temple Streets around 5 a.m. when a male suspect approached a deputy at the scene. A physical struggle ensued before the suspect successfully got into the vehicle and drove away. The deputy suffered minor injuries during the scuffle and was treated at a local hospital. The stolen truck was an all-purpose utility vehicle.

A Southern California family is desperate to bring their father home, who remains in a coma after suffering a medical emergency overseas. Loved ones said Manuel Contreras, 47, a father of three from Victorville, loves traveling and spending time with his family. He recently flew to Cancun, Mexico, to visit a childhood friend. However, during the trip, he initially suffered a small stroke, which was followed by a much larger stroke two days later.
