A Fresno County superior court judge today dismissed the case against 77-year old unhoused Fresno man charged with violating the city’s anti-camping ban ordinance, saying that the Fresno city attorney’s office violated his right to a speedy trial. Judge Brian Alvarez presided over the case Thursday morning.
