SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - This week, the 50th anniversary of the end of the Vietnam War was celebrated across the country, and one local Navy veteran took in the festivities in San Diego. Flandreau native and current Sioux Falls resident Paul Millman served in the Navy alongside his brother aboard the USS Midway. The Midway played a critical role in what was called Operation Frequent Wind in the last days of the war.
