The Republican incumbent Susan M. Kiley of Hazlet, supported by the Monmouth County Republican Organization, is running unopposed in the primary, according to the Monmouth County Clerk's Office In the Democratic primary, Danielle Mastropiero of Keyport, supported by Monmouth County Democrats, is also running unopposed.
