Good evening, everyone! The rest of this evening will be mostly cloudy with temperatures in the low 70s. Overnight lows will bottom out into the mid 60s. Tomorrow will start off dry, but scattered showers and thunderstorms will fire up once again during the afternoon hours. Highs will top out into the low 80s. Thursday and Friday will be partly cloudy, but hit-or-miss thunderstorms will still be possible during the afternoon hours. Highs will be in the mid to upper 80s.

Good morning, everyone. The severe weather is exiting the Pine Belt. Rain will continue throughout the rest of this morning, so be sure to grab your umbrella before you head out the door to church. This afternoon will be mostly cloudy with a few showers. Temperatures will remain in the low 70s through most of the day. Tonight will be cooler with lows in the low 50s. Monday will be much nicer with partly to mostly cloudy skies and highs in the mid 60s.

FIRST ALERT WEATHER NIGHT has been declared for Overnight Saturday through Sunday Morning. The Storm Prediction Center has placed the ENTIRE Pine Belt under a Level 2 Low Threat for severe weather. A Level 3 Medium Threat has been placed across much of northern Louisiana, southeastern Arkansas, and western Mississippi. That is where the greatest risk of severe weather will be today and into tonight.
