Apartments at 200 Greene St.(Bloomberg) -- Veris Residential Inc. is nearing a deal to buy the rest of a Jersey City apartment building that it doesn’t already own, according to a person familiar with the matter. Veris is set to purchase Urby’s minority stake in the tower at 200 Greene St. in a deal that values the building at about $430 million, the person said, asking not to be identified citing confidential information.

No final decisions have been made and Alexico could opt to retain ownership of the property. A representative for Alexico Group declined to comment.
