    Vicki Been, the chair of New York’s Gaming Facility Location Board, says she’s never been to a casino. “That’s nowhere I want to spend my time,” said Been, a former deputy mayor for housing and economic development for New York City. She now leads the board that will decide which three of eight high-profile bidders — Mets owner Steve Cohen and MGM Resorts International among them — will win a license to operate a casino in downstate New York. One major hurdle for the New York City area projects is the requirement that a community advisory committee consisting of state and local officials approve the projects.     Residential real estate brokerage Compass Inc. sued Zillow Group Inc., alleging that the home-search website is using “anticompetitive tactics” with its plan to restrict certain listings. Compass alleges that Zillow “has retaliated against competitive threats by enacting an exclusionary policy” by banning listings that have been publicly marketed elsewhere first, according to the lawsuit filed Monday in federal court in Manhattan.
