Paul Bullock, Cowes: It’s quite disheartening to read about the individuals featured in your article “Isle of Wight drone trial delayed for 1 week over concerns” (CP 07-08-24). These technologies represent progress and should be given a chance to prove their worth. After all, they’re only obstructing a trial. A drone corridor could be a game-changer for Island folks. But, as always, the NIMBYs are trying to put a stop to this positive change.
