The Ventus Pro is A portable USB-rechargeable tire/ball inflator that can inflate at speeds of up to 24L/min and it weighs a mere 1.13lb/515grams. I was interested in this mostly because hauling a CAT Power Station around while cool and all is a bit of a pain and not possible when I’m on my motorcycle. Also it’s USB so I can just recharge it on what I’ve already got in my car/bike and I’m not tethered near the car with a 12v cable sticking out an open door.

I was given a link to a pre-recorded presentation on child behavior and coping mechanisms that followed the traditional Zoom waste of time scenario with waiting for people to join, technical difficulties with someone, and fortunately a complete text transcript of the entire meeting. I cut and pasted the transcript into Gemini’s buffer putting somewhere around 68K worth of text into the Ask Gemini input area.

While I believe you need to have a flagship phone at the moment to get on the Gemini Astra radar, it appears to run on anything with a camera. I had been using it on the Beam Pro before reading that select flagships are getting it and thought “huh, that’s not a flagship phone.” I got it on the flagship phone and now I have it on everything. Anyway, works on every android device I have tested and those go back to the Samsung Tab S6 Lite.

A few days ago I printed out a fidget toy that’s basically like a large sheet of paper that’s foldable due to incredibly fine linking. It was cool. I printed one and it was great and both my kids wanted one for school. I went to print another and left the thing to do its thing when I saw the entire bottom had printed successfully. I’ve never had a major problem if the first and second layers were down.

The XREAL Beam Pro when combined with the Xreal Air 2 Pro bring the experience I was first hoping for with my Google Pixel 9 Pro XL and the glasses. Unfortunately my phone was not a supported device and as such they were mirrored display wherever I looked. The Beam Pro aims to fill the gaps between the supported devices to the Nebula software that runs the glasses. The Nebula software has not caught up yet to run on Google’s flagship, but did work fine with my wife’s Samsung Galaxy S21.

If you stumbled upon a newspaper that was nothing but ads unrelated to your interests that demanded you pay $8 to see brief articles of your friends talking about bowel movements would you pay for it? This is Twitter for me now.

It's one of those days... what the hell happened to this site? Looks like someone with no design skills said "paint it black" - can't even remember what I was going to post with the ads playing from someone I don't follow...
