Jamal Rhsard, 47, of Wichita, was arrested on December 28, 2024, after law enforcement officers responded to a situation in the 400 block of Fort Riley Blvd at approximately 5:16 PM. Rhsard faces several serious charges, including criminal possession of a weapon by a felon, interference with law enforcement, and possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent to distribute. In addition to these charges, Rhsard is accused of distributing heroin, fentanyl, and other narcotics.
