(WZTV) — After a deadly fight between a former security guard and a customer outside of a popular Music Row bar, the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) fined Tin Roof on Demonbreun Street. The fine is for failing to "maintain law and order."It’s based on a set of rules set out by the TABC that bars are supposed to follow. For example, you may see signs noting "You must be 21 years or older," and you might see a liquor license on display inside of a bar.
