2. Materials and Methods 2.1. ReagentsThe immortalized bovine mammary gland epithelial cell line MAC-T cells, of 40 generations, were provided by the laboratory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Kunming Institute of Zoology. The high glucose Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium (DMED, Gibco™ 11965092, 99%), fetal bovine serum (FBS, Gibco™ 10099-141, 98%), and penicillin-streptomycin (Gibco™ 15140122, concentrated: 100×) were purchased from Thermo Fisher Scientific (Waltham, MA, USA).
