Bone regenerative scaffolds with a bionic natural bone hierarchical porous structure provide a suitable microenvironment for cell migration and proliferation. Here, a bionic scaffold (DP-PLGA/HAp) with directional microchannels is prepared by combining 3D printing and directional freezing technology.
