LOS ANGELES -- David Singleton, who played five seasons for UCLA, is returning to Westwood as an assistant coach under Mick Cronin. Singleton spent the past two years playing in the G League with the Atlanta Hawks' affiliate in Georgia. He helped UCLA reach the Final Four in 2021 and make the NCAA tournament in 2022 and in 2023, when the Bruins made the Sweet 16. As a fifth-year senior, Singleton and the Bruins won the Pac-12 regular-season title.

FARMINGTON, Utah -- Southern Utah and Utah Tech will join the Big Sky Conference as full members starting with the 2026-27 academic year. The additions announced Wednesday will give the conference 11 full members following Sacramento State's departure for the Big West in all sports except football. "The time is right for the Big Sky to bring in Utah Tech and to bring back Southern Utah," Big Sky commissioner Tom Wistrcill said in a statement.
