The company is active in Thailand, Laos, Myanmar and Cambodia and has been selling Innio engines in the region for ten years. The company has 70 employees and specialises in the sale of motors and generators, after-sales support, service and the overhaul of systems. Jenbach (energate) - The Tyrolean gas engine manufacturer Innio is launching a revised version of its engine series 2 on the market. Earlier versions of this series are used by municipalities and industrial companies around the world, and Innio has delivered 1,300 engines to date. The latest version of the eight-cylinder engine has an output of between 250 kW and 360 kW.

Munich/Vienna (energate) - The Austrian energy supplier Verbund and the Free State of Bavaria are investing millions in the Munich-based start-up Spine. The company, which was only founded in February of this year, develops systems for energy management. The joint investment by 'X Ventures', Verbund's investment company, and the Bavarian company Bayern Kapital totals 1.5 million euros. The money will now be invested primarily in new staff, explained co-founder and company boss Ron Melz.
