AARON RAMSEY is launching his own Vodka brand called ‘Tens’. The Wales captain, 34, has teamed up with chef Tom Simmons in a new business venture. “Tens Spirits”, which will go live on Easter Sunday, is a new brand of premium vodka made in Ramsey’s homeland. Cardiff midfielder Ramsey, who wears the number ten shirt for the Dragons, is out for the rest of the season after undergoing hamstring surgery.

CRAIG BELLAMY has banned his Wales stars from swapping shirts. The no-nonsense Dragons boss has a set of non-negotiable ground rules for his 2026 World Cup hopefuls. Bellamy, 45, has also laid out strict demands to his squad which include sprinting, respecting the shirt by returning it to the kit man and no mobiles at dinner.
