Twenty-four-year-old Rebecca Cross, who lists an address in Harrison, entered a guilty plea to charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct and was put on probation for four years. Mountain Home police responded to the restaurant in mid-December last year.

Jessica Hughes (Photo courtesy of Baxter County Sheriff’s Office)A woman facing charges stemming from the theft of a truck belonging to her father appeared in Baxter County Circuit Court April 7. Thirty-two-year-old Jessica Raygan Hughes and a man listed as her boyfriend, 30-year-old Tyler Sutterfield, were both charged with stealing the 1996 Ford F-150 extended cab pickup truck. Hughes pled guilty to the charges against her, including theft of property, and was sentenced to four years probation.

A Mountain Home man alleged to have pointed a handgun at his mother and other family members during a domestic altercation appeared in Baxter County Circuit Court Monday. Twenty-two-year-old Wayne Randall Kindstrom, Jr., pled guilty to reduced charges and was put on probation for four years. There were a number of circumstances that went into the decision, including that Kindstrom has completed a 14-month rehab program operated by Messiah Ministries in Pocahontas.

The case of a man who attacked his stepfather because he claimed the older man was involved in “organized crime” was dropped by the state during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court on March 17. Thirty-five-year-old Randal Lynn Billingsley had been charged with 2nd degree battery. The dismissal came at the request of the family, according to Prosecutor David Ethredge.
