Compared To Other TVs The Hisense U75QG is a very good TV for most people. It's especially impressive when it comes to sheer brightness, as it's one of the brightest TVs ever at its price range. Unfortunately, it has a very crushing weakness, as its PQ EOTF tracking is quite poor, and its pixel transitions are very slow, even for an LED TV.

Differences Between Sizes And Variants We bought and tested the 65-inch Samsung S90F (QD-OLED, QN65S90FAFXZA), and these results are also valid for the 55-inch and 77-inch models that use QD-OLED (FXZA) panels. In North America, the 42-inch, 48-inch, and 83-inch models use a WOLED panel (EXZA) instead. Our results don't apply to any WOLED version of the TV.

Compared To Other Projectors The Valerion VisionMaster Pro 2 is one of the best in its class. It's bright, has good contrast, is incredibly colorful, and has a ton of features for watching movies and for gaming. Some other products have the edge in some areas, as the Hisense PX3-PRO and XGIMI AURA 2 both have UST capabilities while the Valerion doesn't, and the Epson Home Cinema 5050UB offers better image quality, especially in SDR, but at the cost of lesser versatility.

Compared To Other Projectors The AWOL Vision LTV-3000 Pro is in a crowded market segment, which includes products such as the Epson EpiqVision Ultra LS800, XGIMI AURA 2, NexiGo Aurora Pro, and the Formovie THEATER. Unfortunately, the LTV-3000 Pro's pre-calibration accuracy just isn't good enough to warrant a recommendation over any of these products, as they're all more accurate, while also often outperforming it in terms of brightness or contrast.

Compared To Other TVs The Samsung QN90F is a very good TV, and it excels in most use cases. It's extremely bright in HDR and SDR, and its matte coating does an amazing job of dealing with any direct light sources. Unfortunately, while it supports 4k @ 165Hz on all four of its HDMI ports, its zone transitions are noticeably worse in Game Mode, making it a tough option for gamers.

Compared To Other TVs The Amazon Fire TV Omni Mini-LED Series is a good TV overall, with no real weaknesses perhaps outside of its color accuracy, SDR color volume, and rather uneven pixel transitions. As good as it is, it's outpriced and outperformed by the Hisense U7N and the TCL QM7/QM751G QLED, with the TCL being an especially good buy due to its higher peak brightness, more colorful display, and faster gaming performance.

Differences Between Sizes And Variants We bought and tested the BenQ HT2060. It's part of the BenQ Home Cinema Series, alongside other products such as the BenQ HT2050A, the BenQ HT3550, the BenQ HT3560, and the BenQ HT4550i. The HT2060 replaces the HT2050A and has a higher-rated contrast ratio, a longer-lasting LED light source, a Filmmaker Mode, and HDR10 support. Our unit was manufactured in June 2024; you can check out our unit's label for more information.

Overall, the TV's processing keeps up very well with fast-moving objects, and lighting zone transitions aren't very noticeable, with minimal haloing. Still, small bright objects get so dim with rapid movement that they almost disappear, which is disappointing on a TV with this many dimming zones. It has a Fast Backlight Control feature meant to improve zone transitions. However, it greatly reduces the TV's peak brightness when enabled, and it doesn't work in Game Mode or with VRR enabled.
