The San Antonio Police Department arrested Ashley Pardo, 33, on Monday, May 12, on a charge of aiding in the commission of terrorism, according to court records. Pardo allegedly knew of her son's "fascination with past mass shooters" and "expressed to the school her support" of her son's violent expressions and drawings, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by MySA. On Monday, her son showed up to school "wearing a mask, camouflage jacket and tactical pants," the affidavit stated.

A planned outage from CPS Energy will impact hundreds on the Northeast Side of San Antonio on Thursday, May 15. The outage will last three hours, according to a Facebook post from the City of Live Oak on Monday, May 12. CPS Energy told MySA that the municipal electric utility scheduled the planned outage from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. in Northeast San Antonio. The outage will affect approximately 249 customers, who were informed of the outage at 3 p.m. on Friday, May 9.

Calling all dancers, gymnasts and competitive cheerleaders, a well-known choreographer is coming to San Antonio.
