The "big, beautiful bill" that would cut solar and electric vehicle tax incentives - to the alarm of the renewable energy industry - is at the center of the ongoing blowup between President Donald Trump and his once top adviser, Elon Musk. The fatal shooting occurred outside Joss' former home on San Antonio's South Side, where police had responded to more than 70 calls over the past 16 months.
