Patients with AL-alone harboring t(11;14) had a lower rate of hematologic response (≥ VGPR) to first-line treatment compared with patients who did not (64.0% vs. 81.0%, p = 0.043). Whereas, for patients with MM-AL, no significant difference in ≥ VGPR rate between t(11;14)-negative and -positive groups was observed (63.2% vs. 46.7%, p = 0.247).
