Alveolar bone defects have always been a common problem in the oral cavity. Maxillofacial trauma and alveolar bone resorption cause bone defects, which make maxillofacial surgery and periodontal treatment difficult. Stem cell therapy has been suggested as a research focus in tissue engineering. However, stem cells are limited in their research and application, and so having a large number of stem cells is very important when prioritizing efficiency.

To fulfil the study’s objectives, we analysed biobank samples collected from three wards at the Italian 1560-bed Università Cattolica Sacro Cuore hospital “Policlinico A. Gemelli” (UCSC, Rome) in a 2-year (2010–2013), multicentre, prospective, longitudinal, observational cohort study (NCT01208519), and also utilised related datasets including epidemiological and clinical data. The clinical study protocol is described elsewhere [11].

AbstractThe para rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis) is the world’s sole commercial source of natural rubber, a vital industrial raw material. However, the narrow genetic diversity of this crop poses challenges for rubber breeding. Here, we generate high-quality de novo genome assemblies for three H. brasiliensis cultivars, two H. brasiliensis wild accessions, and three other Hevea species (H. nitida, H. pauciflora, and H. benthamiana).
