3.1. Single-Factor Simulation Test 3.1.1. Influence of Soil Moisture Content on the Number of Broken Bonds in StrawThe results of the single-factor simulation test are shown in Table 2. The largest number of bonds broken was 574 when the soil moisture content was 12 ± 1%, but the average time for a straw to be entirely cut was the shortest, 0.067 s. This shows that the soil was hard and conducive for cutting straw when the soil moisture content was low.

1. IntroductionAgricultural dust is a non-negligible source of air pollution, especially fine particles in dust, such as fine particulate matter (PM2.5), inhalable particulate matter (PM10) and total suspended particulate (TSP), can cause great risks to the environment and human health [1,2,3]. Agricultural dust mainly originates from soil wind erosion, field tillage and crop harvesting [4].
