Lawmakers approved the seal of climate literacy endorsement for select students' diplomas last year. In high school, students plant the seeds of the person they'll grow into.     DENVER — Colorado lawmakers are considering a bill that would require emergency departments, including labor and delivery departments, to care for patients regardless of their ability to pay and other factors. Kiera Hatton, Political Director with COBALT Advocates, said the legislation would require hospitals care for patients regardless of whether they can pay, if they're undocumented or if they're pregnant and in need of an abortion to save the mom's life.
