DALLAS — Two people were shot and injured in southern Dallas on Sunday, police said. Officers responded to a shooting call around 3:30 a.m. Sunday in the 1300 block of Murdock Road, police said in a press release. Police determined that two people were shot, the release states. Both people were taken to a hospital, one person was in stable condition and the other was critically injured, police said. Police are investigating the incident.

DALLAS — One person was arrested after allegedly hitting and injuring a person in a crash, police said. Officers responded to a crash around 1:30 a.m. Sunday in the 2900 block of South Buckner Blvd, Dallas police said in a press release. Officials found that a person was hit by a vehicle and the driver remained on the scene, officials said. A second vehicle then hit the person, police said. The victim was taken to a hospital in critical condition, the release states.
