Readers of this newsletter know I spent a lot of time last year covering the Grants Pass v. Johnson case, which was the biggest Supreme Court case concerning the rights of homeless people in decades. It came down last June and the justices said cities could enforce local anti-camping bans even if there’s no adequate shelter available for homeless people to go to, that that wouldn’t constitute cruel and unusual punishment.

It’s finally starting to feel like spring and the warmer weather has finally arrive in New York. Updated Shopbop heartsI’ve been exclusively wearing bras from EBY lately (so far I have the Relief bra in both black and nude). I like to minimize the appearance of my boobs in tighter tees and tanks during spring and summer, and finding the right bra (and tanks… more on this later) is usually such a struggle. But I’m really loving these — they’re supportive, thin, and super smoothing.
