    DALLAS — Police are investigating after they say a man was shot and killed in Dallas Friday morning. Police were called to the 4900 block of Military Parkway around 7:30 a.m. and found Julian Galindo-Ramirez, 47, had been shot, officials say. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and transported Galindo-Ramirez to a local hospital, where he died, police say. No other details about what led up to the shooting or any suspects were immediately available.

The Queen of Neo-Soul debuted her new single "Next to You," produced in collaboration with renowned hip-hop producer The Alchemist, and performed a never-before-heard song, “Echos 19 (mix 122)" during her Juneteenth show at The Bomb Factory.     MCKINNEY, Texas — A North Texas Kroger store is closing as the grocer revealed plans to shutter about 60 stores nationwide over the next 18 months. A Kroger spokesperson confirmed that the store at 1707 W. University Drive in McKinney is closing. Affected employees will be offered transfers to other stores, according to the spokesperson. "Unfortunately, we have made the difficult decision to close our McKinney store located at 1707 W. University Dr.," Kroger said in a statement.

    DALLAS — Country music star Luke Bryan postponed his Dallas concert Friday hours before it was scheduled "due to illness." The award-winning singer-songwriter and "American Idol" judge rescheduled two stops on his "Country Song Came On" tour – the one at Dos Equis Pavilion in Dallas originally set for Friday, and one in Lafayette, Louisiana – according to his post on X, formerly Twitter. The Dallas show was rescheduled for Sept. 12, and the Lafayette show was rescheduled for Sept. 11.
