Olivia Dunne is one of the models for the 2025 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition, as announced on Tuesday afternoon. Dunne, a former LSU gymnast, joined a lineup that included UCLA gymnast Jordan Chiles; and Canadian model Lauren Chan; and actress Salma Hayek. The kickoff time and TV network have reportedly been set for LSU football's season opener at Clemson. The Tigers' first game, on the road at Clemson, will kick off at 6:30 p.m. CT on ABC on Aug. 30, according to a report by Brett McMurphy. The matchup marks the first game between the two teams since the national championship contest in January of 2020. Led by Heisman Trophy winner Joe Burrow, LSU won the matchup 42-25. LSU and Clemson have played each other four times in football.

Former LSU running back John Emery Jr. has officially found a new college football home for his seventh season. The former five-star recruit has signed with UTSA, a source confirmed with The Advocate. Emery only played in one game last season, recording 61 yards rushing on 10 attempts in a loss to Southern Cal. He also caught a pass for 10 yards. His best statistical season came as a sophomore in 2020 when he rushed for 378 yards and 3 touchdowns on 75 carries.
