An upper low is stacked above a surface low over Oklahoma this afternoon. As a result, there is a low end risk for a brief, weak tornado from late afternoon until sunset. This is mainly for areas southwest of a line from Columbus to Joplin to Sarcoxie. #fourstateswx https://t.co/NPQWKEX4xp
