Missouri Western students continue to wonder why Gold Fridays are going away. Initially, Dr. Hyer, provost at the university stated that the task force made the unanimous recommendation after meeting on four different occasions discussing feedback and reviewing survey data. Gold Fridays provided students with a class-free day dedicated to applied learning experiences.
