Road feeder services (RFS) specialist Wallenborn has promoted Ram Menon to chief operating officer. Menon was previously chief commerical officer for the business. During the two years spent in this role, Menon was responsible for the commercial and customer organisations within the Wallenborn Group. While Menon previously spent five years in transport security and compliance roles for Amazon, he has long been familiar with Wallenborn.

Global GSA Group's Aytekin Saray signed the GSA agreement with Qantas Freight's Mallory Logan Netherlands-based Global GSA Group has signed a three-year agreement with Australian carrier Qantas to become Qantas Freight's GSA in Europe. The agreement will pair Qantas' services from Rome and Paris with Global GSA Group’s interline connections. During summer in Europe, Qantas offers belly capacity on Boeing 787-9 services from Rome’s Fiumicino Airport (FCO) three times a week.

A350F wingset manufacturing complete Airbus has completed manufacturing the first set of wings for its new A350 freighter as it continues to build its first test A350F. The aerospace company acheived the milestone at its Broughton site in the UK, where wings for Airbus aircraft have been produced for over 50 years. The wings for the A350F incorporate the latest composite material technology to reduce weight and increase aerodynamic efficiency, said Airbus.
