Spring cleaning tasks have begun. Many of us are planting flowers, prepping gardens, and refilling bird feeders. We’re looking forward to more outdoor time now that the days are longer and the weather is warmer. Recently, while cleaning out a natural area in my yard, I noticed the water in my birdbath had become an unsightly, reddish-green. I knew it needed to be cleaned, but I was skeptical that a spray with the hosepipe would do the trick this time.

Sometimes, I can’t even get the drawer to open or close and I end up shaking it to dislodge a stuck utensil that has the drawer jammed.
