    An investigation is underway after a man died in the psychiatric unit of a Brisbane hospital after being attacked by another patient. Investigators are trying to work out if the attack itself caused the man's death or if it triggered an underlying medical condition. The 39-year-old man died on May 4, but staff approached 9News when no public statement was made.
