You can send one to a friend or a loved one on February 13 or 14. The cuddle sessions are ten minutes each and the donor will receive a gift package that they can either keep or give away. There are various gift packages available and they are being sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

(WCYB) — Over the past week, 21 people have come forward to News 5 outlining concerns about alleged animal welfare and personnel issues at the upper levels at the Washington County/Johnson City Animal Shelter. The report includes photos of a dog whose collar became embedded in his neck and others with severely overgrown toenails. “That is absolutely unacceptable,” said Jenny Brock with the Animal Control Board of Washington County/Johnson City, TN.
