WASHINGTON (7News) — Two court rulings this week are clearing the way for the Trump administration’s mass firings of probationary federal workers. On Monday, the Supreme Court blocked a district court ruling that required the federal government to reinstate more than 16,000 probationary employees across six agencies during ongoing litigation. That litigation out of California involves multiple nonprofits suing on behalf of those federal workers.
