The deadline to request a pre-application meeting for comprehensive plan amendments is November 14, 2024.

On Thursday, September 19, 2024, the St. Cloud City Council voted to increase City mobility impact fees. This vote followed shortly after Osceola County approved significant increases to their mobility fees on September 9, 2024. After much debate, the City Council ultimately chose to lower the total fee increase by 15% from the original proposal, but the change will still significantly increase development costs for projects in St. Cloud.
