This warning is too late for Monday, but there’s still one more chance on your Tuesday lunch hour to dine on owner/chef Lisa Zhang’s original Three Fold menu items at the downtown Little Rock location (611 S. Main St.) before the full switch over to the new menu on Wednesday. On Monday and Tuesday Three Fold will close the downtown branch from 2-5 p.m. for staff training and will reopen serving Zhang’s new recipes from 5-8 p.m. Regular hours will resume on Wednesday with the new menu in place.

Baja Grill announced on social media Thursday that its Little Rock Heights location is closing June 28 after 11 years at the corner of Kavanaugh and University. Baja Grill was a wildly popular food truck in Benton circa 2012 before bringing its “Mexi-Cali” cuisine to the Heights in 2014. The restaurant has won multiple Arkansas Times Readers Choice Awards over the years and spawned a second brick and mortar location in downtown Benton, which opened in 2020.

The family behind Dale’s Donuts, a Saline County breakfast institution at 919 Military Road in Benton, has put the business up for sale, Shelli Poole of MySaline reported on Monday. In a social media announcement Monday, owner Joel Dale Atchley said his family has decided to retire “after 40 unforgettable years of serving our beloved community.”Dale and Peggy Atchley opened Dale’s Donuts in 1978.

Yellow Rocket Concepts restaurant group on Tuesday announced that it will move its original Local Lime location (17809 Chenal Parkway) in the Promenade at Chenal a few doors down into the vacant Bravo! Cucina Italiana (17815 Chenal Parkway), and a new ZAZA location will take the place of the Local Lime space following the move.
