GAZA, June 25 (Xinhua) -- The Palestinian death toll from the ongoing Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip has risen to 37,658, health authorities in the enclave said on Tuesday. During the past 24 hours, the Israeli army killed 32 Palestinians and wounded 139 others, bringing the total number of injuries to 86,237 since the Palestinian-Israeli conflict broke out in October 2023, the health authorities said in a statement.

GAZA, April 22 (Xinhua) -- Israel was preparing to expand a "humanitarian zone" in the Gaza Strip in preparation for a possible attack on the border city of Rafah, Hebrew Public Radio reported Monday. The radio said that the new humanitarian zone will extend from the southern town of Al-Mawasi along the coastal strip to the outskirts of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip and will be able to accommodate about one million displaced people.
