    The undefeated Harlem Bulldogs continued their winning ways on Thursday afternoon with a 1-0 win over visiting West Laurens. This was the second meeting this week between the two teams, and the second Harlem win. Last Tuesday, the Bulldogs earned a 6-3 road victory over the Raiders.

    The fourth-ranked Clemson Tigers (27-5) defeated Georgia Southern, 10-8, in a neutral site game at SRP Park in North Augusta on Tuesday, April 1. It was Clemson’s first visit to the Augusta Green Jackets home stadium since 2021 while the Eagles defeated Georgia last year in the minor league park. Georgia Southern is now 17-11 for the year.

    The third-ranked Georgia Bulldogs completed a three-game sweep of #11 Auburn by winning both games of a Saturday doubleheader at Foley Field in Athens, winning the opener 11-7 and coming from behind in the afternoon game when outfielder Daniel Jackson walked it off with a three-run home run in the bottom of the tenth inning to give the Dogs a 9-6 win. Georgia’s 28-2 record is their best record in history after 30 games.

    The USC Aiken Pacers (15-16) battled back from an early deficit Wednesday night to down the Augusta Jaguars (8-23) in the annual “Battle for the Paddle” rivalry game at SRP Park in North Augusta. The Jaguars took an early lead by scoring 3 runs in the opening inning on 3 hits and a sacrifice fly, then added 2 more in the second frame when Parker Ingram homered with a runner on base.
