The Knights knocked off visiting Berkeley High School, 9-4, Wednesday, April 23, to take another series win and clinch region supremacy. That changed a little bit Monday, April 21, with a doubleheader against Upstate visitor Clover. Coach Kelley Dillon’s club needed some late-inning theatrics to extend its win streak to 12 games.

    One of the best to ever lace them up and put on the football pads at Stratford High School, former Knights standout running back Mario Anderson gave more back to the program Saturday, April 19, on Ray Stackley Field. Approximately 40 players aged 8 to 16 signed up to compete and have fun during the inaugural Mario Anderson youth football camp on a picture perfect spring day. A DJ spun tunes to pump some energy into W.L. Bonds Stadium and the smell of a nearby grill migrated over to the field.
