HARRISBURG — The Interstate 95 overpass bridge collapse is a warning call about the consequences of other bridge failures in Pennsylvania, according to a study of PennDOT released earlier this month by a legislative research agency. “The bridge was relatively new as it was just 10 years old,” said the study by the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee (LBFC) referring to the accident involving a gas tanker truck in June.
