Tropical Storm Sara is poised for landfall Sunday near Belize. As of 7 a.m., Sara was located 60 miles south-southeast of Belize City with wind speeds of 40 mph, moving west-northwest at 5 mph. Forecasters expect the late-season tropical storm to weaken quickly and then dissipate over the southern Yucatan peninsula in Mexico late Sunday or Monday. Previous forecast tracks showed less interaction with land, allowing the storm to strengthen before taking a sharp turn to the northeast toward Florida.
