If you’re not living in a cave, you know that yesterday a Blue Origin spaceship (owned by Amazon’s Jeff Bezos) catapulted Katy Perry into the Kármán line, the recognized boundary of space. The singer joined Bezos’s finance Lauren Sanzhez and a slew of other prominent women on the journey, which was branded a form of female empowerment, a publicity stunt designed to pique young women’s interest in science.

If you’re wealthy you already know this, but in case you’re not, it’s almost Coachella! Kicking off this Friday 11th April, in the Colorado Desert, Coachella 2025 — which spans two weekends every April — is being headlined by Lady Gaga, Travis Scott, and Post Malone. Originally, Coachella was launched as a kind of eff you to Ticketmaster – the first concert in 1993 was headlined by Pearl Jam which only performed at the Empire Polo Club while boycotting venues controlled by Ticketmaster.

Brothers and co-founders Giordano and Giuliano Calza started GCDS (originally an acronym for “God Can’t Destroy Streetwear”) in 2016, with the aim of disrupting the fashion world — and that’s exactly what they’ve done. The brand’s playful approach to design has seen sartorial pieces like its Hello Kitty bras and Morso heels equipped with teeth go viral, worn by some huge heads, including Dua Lipa, JENNIE, and Chappell Roan. But it hasn’t achieved all of its success alone.

It was a big day up in Manchester on Saturday. JD took us up to Manny this weekend to celebrate the new Nike Air Max Dn8 drop, with none other than our boy Nemzzz. JD had been teasing the Manny shutdown for a little bit, warming up the energy, so the city was getting hyped to see Nemzzz on the night. JD Sports and Nike teamed up for the craziest drop for the new Dn8, linking up with rapper Nemzzz to shut it down in his hometown Manchester, UK.
