The GoodWell, you know, everyone knocked off this game. They all said it had no gameplay, which is true, but everything else was cool, and it would have been an excellent game if it had had rock solid gameplay. I still think if you still have a 10 year old SNES, you should check it out at some antique store. The truth is, the graphics are amazing. Stop saying they weren't. It looked great. Sure, they were just sprites, but they were damn good sprites. It almost looked three-dimensional.

The GoodGood graphics. You get control of both ground and space combat (sort of RTS as you can designate specific targets you can go after). All the standard stuff is here as you can research for better tech and add them to your ship designs. You can even upgrade your existing ships with new technology. Diplomancy is defined. There are a lot more of the random events like leaders and such. Both campaigns and scenarios available. The BadNo special weapons.

The GoodWell, even though the main idea is not really that original (taking Alice in wonderland and giving it a bizarre/dark twist) the game manages to stand out as a truly original experience. I guess that on it's own is a remarkable feat worth mentioning, yes it may be a platformer, but you ain't never seen a platformer like this.

The GoodThe story is simple enough. Daphne was kidnapped by the dragon Singe. Now incompetent but loyal Dirk the Daring will risk life and limb in a trap-filled castle to rescue her. Dragon's Lair 3D- Return To The Lair isn't so much a sequel to the previous Dragon's Lair games as it is a remake. The original was immensely popular in its' time, but really it was only because the game was so beautiful. Actual play wasn't much more than hitting the right joystick combo at EXACTLY the right instant.
