Finally, the Ozarks are getting a break in the nasty weather. High pressure building in tonight will provide the area with clear cold conditions. Low will fall to nearly 30 degrees tonight. A Freeze Warning is in effect for Missouri with a Frost Advisory for Arkansas. A mostly sunny warmer day is expected Tuesday. South winds will gradually return. This should push the high temperatures to the low 60s. Wednesday looks even warmer. Morning temperatures will start off in the mid 40s.

Showers have been persistent over the Ozarks this afternoon. The rain should fade quicker this evening than yesterday. A partly cloudy sky is forecast for the rest of the night. Light winds will allow patchy fog to form again tonight. Lows will dip into the mid and upper 50s. A partly to mostly cloudy day is expected Wednesday. This should be our dry day this week so if you have errands to run get them done. High temperatures in the upper 70s are projected.
