A salmon farmer at the Strondoir Bay fish farm at Loch Fyne Scotland. THE largest mass die-off of farmed salmon in Scotland in more than a decade has occurred, with more than a million fish dying in just a year and a half. Two adjacent sites run by Mowi Scotland on Loch Seaforth in the Outer Hebrides, which are licenced as one farm, reported more than a million deaths during a year and a half production cycle that began in spring 2023.

Wayne ‘Coco’ Wharton stood opposite crowds hoping to catch a glimpse of King Charles and Camilla during their visit to the Sydney Opera House on Tuesday afternoon. However, before the royal couple arrived Wharton began shouting anti-monarchy slogans.

A statue of Queen Victoria in Sydney was vandalised ahead of King Charles's visit to the city (Image: Victoria Jones/@MHS_NSW) A STATUE of Queen Victoria in Sydney was defaced with red paint just a few hours before King Charles’s scheduled visit to the city. The statue of the monarch sits outside the Queen Victoria Building in Sydney’s central business district and installed in the 1980s. Police arrived at around 5:30am after receiving reports of the statue being vandalised.
