WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - Storms underway in Kansas and they will pose a risk of high winds (possibly over 75 mph) and heavy rainfall. A flood watch has been issued for areas east of Wichita, but with more rounds of storms on the horizon, other parts of the state could have flooding too. A cold front moving through Kansas on Tuesday will bring more thunderstorms to central and eastern Kansas heading into the afternoon. Some hail and heavy rains look likely, especially after 2pm.
