On Wednesday, the family identified her as 23-year-old Roneisha Howell. "When I got the call from my brother and he didn't want to tell me what it was, oh, it was devastating," said Andrea Newsome, the older sister of Roneisha Howell.

GRANITE BAY, Calif. — The Granite Bay community is mourning the loss of two teens who died in a crash over the weekend. The Placer County Sheriff's Office has identified the young victims as 19-year-old Kai Gini and 18-year-old Keven Garcia. "It's just a tragedy that happens to these young people. It is just, no words can express my sorrow for the family and for the community," said Nancy McGregor, who lives in Granite Bay.
