Police have issued an urgent appeal to the mother of a newborn baby boy who was discovered dead in an M&S shopping bag in Notting Hill, west London on Tuesday to come forward. The heartbreaking discovery was made by a council refuse worker after he spotted a black bag with avocados on it discarded outside All Saints' Church, located off Talbot Road, at 12:46pm on Tuesday afternoon.
