Americans Finish Regular Season Sunday vs T-Birds; Continuation of Game Postponed Mar. 11KENNEWICK, Wash - Monday afternoon the Tri-City Americans announced that last Tuesday’s game at Toyota Center against the Seattle Thunderbirds will be resumed Sunday afternoon at the Toyota Center. The game was stopped and eventually postponed after Americans’ defenseman Terrell Goldsmith was seriously injured and hospitalized during a fight with Seattle’s Ashton Cumby.

Liberty Christian Headed to Seattle for State 1B Football Championship RICHLAND, WA - The Liberty Christian Patriots will play for the state 1B football championship at Husky Stadium in Seattle on Friday afternoon. On Thursday Action News Sports caught up with the team prior to their send off to state. After the morning walk through the team received a send off from the entire school starting with the kindergarten kids.
