Heyyyy Ladies fans!! It’s your favorite sophomores here to give you the lowdown from MIC weekend! We had lots of fun and left some killer gymnastics up in Missouri. Last weekend capped off the season for us Ladies, but we were fortunate to have 5 individual qualifiers to represent Centenary at USAG Nationals! Catch them doing some cool flips at West Chester on April 11th - 14th! Go Ladies!This year, MICs was hosted by Lindenwood in the Hyland Arena.

Hey Ladies Gymnastics Fans!!!!It's senior Roxanne Myers here, reporting this week's recap for your favorite ladies. It's still early in the semester but the ladies ARE ON FIRE! We made it through a full week of classes, practice, and workouts and we are THRIVING. On Sunday, we set a goal on bars for all single-bar releases, and not only did we complete the goal, but we far surpassed it. The energy in the gym was untouchable, and nothing was stopping us from achieving what we set out to achieve.

Hello Ladies Fans!!This is senior Rylie Molina here to give you the scoop on what the Ladies were up to this week. The Ladies made it through their second week of school successfully as everyone was finding their flow for the school year. On Monday, the team had Dr. Rachel Johnson join us for our team study hall. Dr. Johnson gave us many tips on studying, time management, and goal setting both in and out of the classroom.
